Moves the @cosyte/hl7 devDependency from ^0.0.10 to the published ^0.1.0, so the ack-from-hl7 tests and examples run against the version a consumer installs. The release order needs every dependent to reference its @cosyte dependencies at 0.1.x before it releases.

  • package.json: devDependency @cosyte/hl7 ^0.0.10 to ^0.1.0. The optional peer range >=0.0.0 already admits 0.1.0 and is unchanged.
  • pnpm-lock.yaml: regenerated with the pinned pnpm 10.0.0. The only change is the @cosyte/hl7 entry (0.0.10 to 0.1.0); its integrity matches npm view @cosyte/hl7@0.1.0 dist.integrity.
  • No changeset: nothing in the published package changes.

Local run at the pinned pnpm: typecheck, lint, format:check, build, attw, test:coverage (86 files, 1497 tests passed, 0 skipped), examples, phi-scan, check:no-emdash, check:no-internal-refs and check:agent-notes all exit 0.

@cosyte/hl7 0.1.0 is on the registry, and the release order requires a
dependent to reference its @cosyte dependencies at 0.1.x before it
releases. The devDependency moves from ^0.0.10 to ^0.1.0, so the
ack-from-hl7 tests and examples now run against the version consumers
install. The optional peer range (>=0.0.0) already admits 0.1.0 and is
unchanged.

pnpm-lock.yaml is regenerated with the pinned pnpm 10.0.0; the only
change is the @cosyte/hl7 entry, whose integrity matches the registry.
No changeset: nothing in the published package changes.
