This is a maintenance PR:

• Primevue, until now used for the colormap select list and the toasts (e.g. Error messages) is no longer Open Source after the Release of v5. Therefore we are dropping it. It was extremely heavy and most of its components where error-prone anyway
• replaced default dataset by a AWI sfcWind dataset from CMIP6, since DKRZ's S3 is currently offline and will remain offline for a while (New Default Dataset... #185)
• changed a few datasets in the default catalog
• replaced turbo by viridis as the default colormap (change default colormap (turbo) #154)
• Dataset info button is now in the Title-Block since I had already four different people who couldn't find the button and even suggested metadata inspection as a feature...
