Prepare trusted PyPI publishing

Summary

• bump the package source version to 0.1.1 without rewriting v0.1.0
• add a release-triggered PyPI Trusted Publishing workflow using OIDC and the protected pypi environment
• add PyPI installation guidance and absolute README media/documentation links
• add author, compatibility, audience, and documentation package metadata

Validation

• 12 tests passed
• source and wheel distributions built successfully
• Twine checks passed
• wheel installed outside the checkout and reported version 0.1.1
• installed CLI help executed successfully
• publish workflow YAML and OIDC/environment settings were verified
• public README URLs returned HTTP 200
