docs: add framework deck to the showcase gallery - #30

New card: office-powerpoint-deck — the 12-slide framework intro deck generated through Deck IR → Open XML compile → COM render in dcc-mcp-PowerPoint, with a reusable agent prompt (en/zh).
The site validator requires every active organization repository to appear on the ecosystem page; add the five Office entries (core + PowerPoint + Word/Excel/Outlook placeholders).
The site validator matches GitHub html_url (lowercased by the API) against the rendered page; the mixed-case URL failed the ecosystem check.
