Purpose
Planning branch for safe bulk catalogue cleanup with preview, explicit apply, and one-step undo.
Scope
Whitespace and Unicode cleanup, case normalization, split/join, regex replacement, and duplicate handling.
Blocker
The preview/confirmation UI must wait for #118 (
gpui-kit-migration), which changes the table panel and delegate surfaces it needs.Status
