Hi, I propose to reorganize the repo like this or in any other way that lets us collect files (e.g. dosimetry cross sections) and scripts (fng source model, other sources -e.g. oktavian, the routine that reads irdff xs) used in multiple models in a single folder.
As example I updated also the fns_duct file which is now in line with the model style proposed by Ethan in #12.
P.S. for the scripts I had to create a package
benchmark_tools(remi taught me), I don't know whether there was a simpler way.
