docs: reconcile continuity after validator merge

• reconcile the root continuity checkpoint after feat(continuity): validate repository handoffs #56 merged as 60e4f9ff7b46a898709910a1bfdb76341d7c58e1
• replace stale draft/in-progress claims with the verified merged PR, reopened issue, and green validation evidence
• keep the implementation in observe and Holon Roadmap: ship the adaptive EgoLint quality distribution #42 blocked until the explicit released Aether/Hygiene contract gate is satisfied

Validation

• native repository-continuity validation passed with --continuity-transition post-merge, --continuity-disposition updated, and verified GitHub evidence
• only the two intended observe-stage warnings remain: provisional Hygiene compatibility evidence and unreleased continuity contracts
• git diff --check
• checkpoint bounds: 8,763 bytes and 174 lines (limits: 16,384 bytes and 240 lines)
• follow-up CI run #131 and Dogfood run #76 passed
• merged implementation CI run #129 and Dogfood run #74 passed

Scope

This PR changes only CONTINUITY.md. It does not alter the merged validator or claim the upstream release gate has passed.
