Summary

• reconcile the duplicate post-merge handoffs from docs: reconcile continuity after validator merge #57 and merged docs(continuity): reconcile issue 55 after merge #58 against current main
• preserve docs: reconcile continuity after validator merge #57's stronger validation evidence and accurate upstream release-gate state
• record docs: reconcile continuity after validator merge #57 as closed, keep Validate repository continuity files and agent handoff wiring #55 open, and keep Holon Roadmap: ship the adaptive EgoLint quality distribution #42 blocked until released Aether and Hygiene projections are available

Validation

• git diff --check
• continuity YAML/schema identifier, base revision, issue state, 16,384-byte, and 240-line bounds checks
• python3 scripts/package_integrations.py --check
• node --test tests/javascript-package-quality.test.mjs (6 passed)

Scope

This changes only CONTINUITY.md. It does not modify the merged validator, promote rollout beyond observe, or close #55.
