Add private HAR exports, recording metadata, and the current watermark behavior. Retain the helper from #214 and reject invalid HAR bodies. This replaces diagnostics guidance from #214 and #242.

Validation

Skill limits, routing, links, matching plugin versions, and Claude plugin validation pass. The generic validator rejects existing version metadata on both base and branch; repo validation accepts it.

Private REST and public CLI HAR exports passed on hosted sessions. The final helper passed 22 local cases, including a saved hosted HAR, invalid bodies, redirects, permissions, and cleanup. Both session recordings and metadata downloaded; both MP4s fully decoded without errors. Both sessions are stopped and jobs finished.

Authorship and LLM use

Gabe directed the work and requested smaller diffs. Codex wrote and validated the changes, and fixed the review findings. Separate Codex agents reviewed the reduced diff. Human review pending.

Rebased onto main (05754e7) to resolve the plugin version conflict after #266. The skill content did not change. Only the plugin version changed (#256: 1.14.4, #257: 1.14.5, #258: 1.14.6). The skill limit and version checks pass for this layer. #271 now extends this stack.
