Purpose

1. Body should be plain text only when the SMS/text message format is selected.
2. Body field is a plain text box (no rich text formatting buttons)
3. Mustache-style tokens (e.g. {{item.title}}) should be supported via a double-curly-braces button/picker
4. Be able to disable image tokens
5. Be able to disable the text editor entirely

Approach

1-3. Added a plainText prop to TemplateEditor. When set, it renders a <TextArea> instead of the rich-text editor, and strips any HTML on change via sanitizePlainText (DOMPurify, no allowed tags/attrs). The existing editAsHtml prop also renders a <TextArea>, but its sanitizer still lets tags through, so it doesn't fit here.
4. Now any token can have the disabled prop and be disabled (changes in TokensSection.js).
5. All style changes are directed to make it possible.
