Summary

• Run one CI path per main push, skip native builds for documentation-only changes and cancel superseded PR runs.
• Build test installers only on manual request; release commits reuse successful checks and omit the extra smoke build.
• Add legio-launcher-git with Arch makepkg validation and SSH publication from GitHub Actions.
• Clarify downloads, Hydra JSON imports and Cloudflare-protected source URLs in the README.

• All 19 frontend test scripts passed; Svelte check, ESLint and production build passed.

• Full native and Arch package builds are delegated to this PR's workflows.

Scope

No application version bump, no new app dependencies and no merge of the unrelated launcher fixes still in the original working tree.
