Adds a global
workspace.openFrontendshortcut (Mod+Shift+B) that opens the active workspace's running frontend entry, the same one the top-bar frontend button picks. Shows a toast when none is running.New browser tab no longer has a default binding, since Mod+Shift+B now belongs to this action. It can be rebound in Settings → Keyboard.
