Japanese copy-failure text created a 361.4px action row inside a 311px chat area, extending 34.4px beyond the 375px viewport. Allow the action group to shrink within available width while retaining the 44×44px Copy button; feedback wraps instead of escaping the conversation. Copy payload, handlers and Session/decision state are unchanged.

Validation: docs and independent source review passed; exact-head CI/Security and merged-main CI/Security passed. Clean committed head 99ce313 was activated only after normal merge e3a7fce (equal tree), build o-Y8QmHHD0a8K8t5wqG1y. Public manifest and 117224-byte stylesheet match their clean artifacts. The final probe used the actual served CSS bytes, unchanged failure DOM and no proposed overrides: Japanese wraps to two lines with zero overflow; Korean and normal Copy remain valid; all Copy targets are 44×44px.

This is served-stylesheet geometry evidence, not a real Clipboard-rejection or authenticated-session test. The earlier authenticated Chromium/WebKit layout, keyboard, media and draft evidence remains version-bound to 2e089. Its sole isolated account is deleted; no account or model call was recreated for this CSS check. Test browsers and the private artifact are cleaned, with source, screenshots, receipts and rollback retained.
