docs(scenario): bring every page up to the evaluation's findings - #255

Updates the pages that still described Scenario as a BFL-only still-image smoke (README, PROVIDERS, AGENTS, ARCHITECTURE, CLI, GETTING_STARTED), adds what was only in notes (the body-versus-query dryRun trap, the LoRA endpoint, budget and billing notes, an index of the benchmark projects and what they cost), removes the stale 'not part of this first adapter' list, and adds a findings panel and fresh readiness copy to the website's Scenario section.

An audit of where the Scenario evaluation's findings were recorded, and what still described the old BFL-only smoke.
Stale copy fixed: README, PROVIDERS, AGENTS, ARCHITECTURE, CLI, GETTING_STARTED, SCENARIO.md's intro, and its "not part of this first adapter" list (uploads, background removal and upscaling now exist as references and tool models).
Findings that were only in notes, now in SCENARIO.md and the skill reference:
Website: a text-only "What a real game taught us" findings panel in the Scenario section, plus fresh readiness copy in the provider card and the review section. No game art. Checked: build, lint (existing warnings only), and the panel in the browser.
Touches the skill reference, so it will cut a patch release by the skill-release rule.
