What changed
Quota reset countdowns synchronize their clock before painting when a refreshed reset timestamp arrives. Cards keep their DOM identity and keyboard focus, and continue updating once per minute.
Why
Wake and Refresh could otherwise show a newly started five-hour window as 5h 1m by combining the new reset timestamp with a clock sampled up to a minute earlier. The same mismatch could leave an elapsed reset displaying a future countdown.
Validation
pnpm test --exclude '.claude/**'.pnpm build.git diff --checkpassed.Remaining
The unfiltered local source-proof command scans unrelated nested worktrees and fails there; remote CI runs from a clean checkout. Real-account release acceptance has not been performed. No provider protocol, credentials, account state, or version changes are included.
