What
Adopts the pieces of the canonical GNOME project layout that pay off today, per the evaluation in #156:
data/io.github.gnacho.nextsync.metainfo.xml), validated clean withappstreamcli validate --pedantic --no-net, installed by the PKGBUILD. The release checklist documents it as part of the version bump.Explicitly not adopted (reasoning in #156): meson wrapper (the cargo+PKGBUILD flow is already solid; meson lands if Flathub ever happens), gettext (the built-in EN/ES catalog has coverage tests; gettext when a third language arrives), D-Bus service file, GSettings.
