官网缺少应用提交材料和 App Hub 检查范围的说明，选手容易把包预检通过理解为作品验收通过。本次增加中英文作品提交区块，按“提交与基础预检 → 实际运行验收 → 评委评奖”说明交付流程，提供材料清单、官方项目与规范链接，并补充导航入口和两条 FAQ。
说明当前可用的是 Hub 规范与本地检查工具，robrix2 通用商店接入和自动提交入口仍在建设，现阶段参赛无需等待上架。Hub 卡片包、网页小程序、原生宿主和 ROM 扩展按各自形态交付；最终评价仍依据可运行作品、Agent 自动化和技术贡献证据。新增仓库内提交指南，并从 robrix2 小程序指南链接。
验证：
npm run build --prefix events/agent2app-2026：TypeScript 与生产构建通过。npm run test:platform、npm test --prefix hub：共 8 项测试通过。本 PR 更新赛事页面和文档，不包含 Hub 服务部署或 robrix2 安装集成。
