Unit tests pass and fake_eirene_run with static GENE-X data passes. This logic branch allows splitting the sources by temperatures of different species (i.e. atoms, molecules, etc.). Default maps are only valid for a single species per species group.
The integrated tests have a dedicated README in ./tests/genex/integration detailing usage

Add GENE-X as an optional gyrokinetic code to couple to Eirene. Standardize the reorganization started with Gkeyll release. Testing includes unit tests for common files and gene-x/eirene specific coupling as well as a full integrated test that uses an analytic source in replacement to Eirene.
