The OCR language pickers in Settings set IsEditable="True", but the ComboBox template only had a ContentPresenter for the selection box. WPF hides that presenter in editable mode and expects a PART_EditableTextBox to take its place, so the closed ComboBox rendered no text in any language. Add the missing TextBox and an IsEditable trigger to swap the two.
