把 upgrade.md 里 V3.2.9 段从展开版改成跟 V3.2.7 / V3.2.8 一致的简短风格（每条 1-2 行）。
upgrade.md 是面向用户的版本说明，关心"哪些场景受影响 / 是否需要升级"，详细机制（攻击场景、代码定位）应该留在 PR 描述里。
同步会有一个 hotfix/* 分支到 master（V3.2.9 已在 master 发布），并重发 GitHub Release V3.2.9 文案为简短版。
