Wiki: header uses upstream's own image of the arm - #2

The Home banner was the generated geometric emblem. It is now docs/assets/rebot/wiki-hero.svg, written by tools/wiki/wiki_hero.py from Seeed Studio's image of the reBot Arm B601-DM v1.1 (media/v1.1_2.png, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), cropped to wiki-hero-arm.jpg and credited in the banner and its caption. A --check mode and test_wiki_hero.py keep it current in CI; the generator is listed in CLAUDE.md, CONTRIBUTING.md and the assurance README, and the wiki README's image rule names it.
