rename the service

[katakombi]

current name: inithost, really unintuitive, rename it to hostblock
consequences: change underlying file structure /usr/share/inithost -> /usr/share/hostblock,
/etc/inithost.cfg /etc/init.d/inithost

consider moving /etc/inithost.cfg to /etc/config/
