Summary
include/와src/하위 분리를 제거하고 파일을src/<layer>/바로 아래로 단순화했다.CMakeLists.txt,AGENTS.md, 구조 문서를 현재 레이아웃과 include root 규칙에 맞게 동기화했다.engine/...,domain/...,application/...)는 유지했다.Related Issue
