The GitHub DMG builds gain Sparkle (mac4DSTEM#122, macTEM#104); the App Store builds have no updater. The page now says what the check sends and how to turn it off, and that the App Store versions make no such request. Done: privacy text for website#11, held as a draft until Sparkle ships. Part of #11. Draft: Paul approves the wording, and it merges only when the Sparkle builds ship (mac4DSTEM#122, macTEM#104). Until then the page would describe a check that doesn't exist yet.
tools/check_site.pyfails incheck_releases(nomacTEM.dmgasset on the latest macTEM release). That's the known v1.2.0 DMG gap another thread is fixing, and this PR doesn't cause it.Store badges come in a separate PR once both apps are listed.
