marola-app#128 moved the image build into ci.yml, which runs on every push and gates its image jobs on a dorny/paths-filter `changes` job, so the Pin bump table lost corpus.version's row. A pin now counts as a trigger when a filter lists it, that filter's job output is read by some job's `if:`, and the workflow runs on a push to main without a paths filter. Closes #169 Tested: wiring.py --self-test ok (3 new cases red then green); devkit-quality.sh rc=0; wiring --root w6-marola855 prints the marola-app corpus.version | ci.yml row Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

On the umbrella at its current pins, the generated Pin bump table gains two rows:
marola-app corpus.version | marola-app ci.yml(the AC) andmarola flake.lock | marola ci.yml(the umbrella ci.yml's docs, nix and wiring filters list flake.lock and gate docs-build and quality-other). The bump PR regenerates REPOS.md with the new tag, so both arrive there.
