The version moves to 0.17.0 in plugin.json, flake.nix and every documented pin, and the Unreleased CHANGELOG section becomes v0.17.0. It carries #148 (skills-update drops its token secret; breaking for a caller that passes it, and none does), #149 (runner-preflight drops the Steward PAT check), #167 (Steward PRs found as marola-pr-bot on update/), #168 (workflow-runners exempts no workflow; breaking for a self-hosted marola-sea-publish.yml, and none exists) and #169 (wiring reads a paths-filter that gates a job as a pin trigger). A minor: bump-merge merges the bumps unattended. The umbrella's bump regenerates REPOS.md's wiring block with two new Pin bump rows from #169. Part of marola-dev/marola#787 Tested: python3 scripts/release.py --check 0.17.0 rc=0; every changed line is the same line with 0.16.0 -> 0.17.0 plus the CHANGELOG heading; devkit-quality.sh rc=0 Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
