Source approved on physical Windows screenshot, already MERGED into FAT #679 as
3b1b257db1ef0fb5b65a072397b4be1c4fac5a20via #697. This branch starts from exact current SSOT v2 Phase 13ebaf0e0398dbf7359f895d507f5e866e4ecfaf2and copies five identical Git blobs (no code rewrite):IpConnectWizardWindow.xaml,.xaml.cs, and three WPF regression test files. 0 change to SSOT cache/index/journal, live value acquisition, engine pin, RCB/SMV, workbench, write/control, or CSS. Preserve the other team's commits.UI is screenshot-accepted by user; WPF on FAT proved 2687/2687 tests, native bridge, smoke (run 39913085363). This stack needs its own exact-HEAD CI before integration.
Coordination: SSOT Phase 2 #698 is based on this branch and will need a separate forward merge; do not overwrite Phase 2. Staging MMS Write/Browser Control #693 ALREADY has byte-identical five blobs, no action needed. The alternate Smart IP staging PR #696 must not replace this approved form without review.
