Build on merged #182/#183/#184: expose existing zero-traffic per-service request accounting in MmsLiveDiscoveryResult::summary and publish one immutable summary on native Workbench live-discovery completion. No new MMS exchanges, timers, data stores, UI polling, or protocol concurrency. SCL-assisted path remains unchanged. Unit regression locks exact counts for default and opt-in DataSet-backed schema closure; intended as a measurable, operator-visible baseline before safely implementing negotiated outstanding request pipelining. Require exact-head C++, native Qt, naming guard and review gates before integration.
