Summary

This PR adds a report identifying English documentation pages that have been updated more recently than their translations.

Findings

• Spanish (es/): 5 pages out of sync
• French (fr/): 10 pages out of sync
• Chinese (zh/): 8 pages out of sync
• No missing translations found across all languages

Key changes needing translation

Most updates are minor Vale style fixes:

• Future tense ("will") converted to present tense
• Periods moved inside quotation marks
• "Functionality" replaced with simpler terms

Pages are sorted by staleness within each language section, with the oldest outdated translations listed first to help prioritize work.

Adds TRANSLATION_STATUS.md, a generated-style report listing documentation pages where Spanish, French, and Chinese translations lag behind English, including last-updated dates, days behind, and brief change summaries.

Includes a roll-up count of out-of-sync pages (23 total) and notes that most deltas are minor Vale-driven style edits (e.g., tense, punctuation, wording).
