Found with find-animation-opportunities, built with animate, checked with review-animations: - Notes written while the user watches come in section by section (300ms, 60ms stagger, capped); only on writing turning into generated on the same note, never on opening one from the library or after a failed rewrite. - Popovers grow from the corner by their trigger; the confirmation box grows in with its backdrop (@starting-style, 150/180ms). - The activity toast leaves the way it came, on transitions so fresh news mid-exit turns it round. - The mini window's tick settles in on "saved".
