feat(web): show the files attached to messages

Fifth of the chat attachments PRs, stacked on #396: showing the files in sent messages. Merge it together with #396.

• Images show under a message's words: one in a 4:3 frame, two side by side, three or more in rows of three. Each opens full size in a new tab. One the browser can't draw, such as HEIC, shows its name instead.
• Other files show as chips with their kind, size and a download button. Long names are cut in the middle, so the extension stays.
• A message being sent shows its files straight away, without links until the API can serve them.
• search_history lists the files each message carried, and finds a message by a file's name, so a message that is only files can be found and its files read again.
• The composer and sent messages share the helpers for a file's look, size and shortened name.
