docs: product brief, decision log and lessons log (D-007 accepted) - #1

Kōrero had no product brief, decision log or lessons log, so the Kyt bet gate could not run and decisions lived only in session notes. - docs/PRODUCT.md: customer (Nic, external users parked), four outcomes, 13 pieces of evidence with their basis, nine ranked bets. product-check.py: 0 FAIL, 1 WARN (the te reo outcome has no bet in Now or Next). - docs/DECISIONS.md: D-001 to D-006 backfilled from the project record (fork, en-NZ default, Ollama context, freeing the speech model, notes in parts, wasapi upgrade); D-007 proposed: in-room speaker separation on Kōrero's own ONNX runtime, with the M0 probe's results. - LESSONS.md: L-001 to L-010 backfilled, L-011 and L-012 from M0. Statuses checked against the code on 16 Oct; unverified ones stay open. Docs only: no code, build or test changes.
Nic, 16 Oct 2026: "Execute D007". D-007 (in-room speaker separation on Kōrero's own ONNX runtime) is Accepted, and B4 joins B1 and B3 in Now (3 of 3). product-check.py: 0 FAIL, 1 WARN (O3); gate B4: PASS.
