feat: redesign equaliser with live response graph and custom presets

• Replaces the 11 sliders with a draggable response graph: grab a node, or sweep to draw a curve; double-click resets a band
• Curve is the real biquad response; red above the dashed line is going into the limiter; Auto sets the preamp to clear it
• Custom slot keeps the last unmatched curve, so switching presets never loses a tweak
• Save, rename and delete user presets; saving under an existing name replaces it
• Built-in preamps are derived from their curves so none hit the limiter; adds Warm and Loudness
• Player-bar popup reuses the compact graph
• Curve persists once per drag instead of per move
