docs: translate the messageHandler, refMenu and media perspectives (7/7 of #126) - #134

- refMenu: cover falling back to the open repository when its recorded main worktree is empty (TC-135), and tag the template and linked-worktree cases with TC-133 and TC-134 - messageHandler: tag the setWorktreePath routing case with TC-090
- Translate the web/messageHandler.ts and web/refMenu.ts shards and manifests, and the media perspectives, into English - Add the PR #114 follow-up sections for the setWorktreePath routing and the suggested worktree path (TC-090, TC-133 to TC-135) - Regenerate the root INDEX; it now matches the #126 branch apart from the Git 2.56 lineage fix

Background
Last part of #126, which is too large for the automated reviewers (115 files). This PR is stacked on #133; merge #131, #132 and #133 first, then this one. After it, everything in #126 is on main, so #126 can be closed.
