- Update Dockerhub https://hub.docker.com/r/galitsyna/distiller_env/tags with galitsyna/distiller_env:0.3.4 - Version update to align with distiller to 0.3.4: fix dependencies and NCBI issue (but the rest might be the same as 0.3.3, need to check - Added bowtie2 and minimap2 to environment.yml - nextflow.config updated to include temporal image from galitsyna/distiller_env:0.3.4 - tested with `wq - nextflow run distiller.nf -params-file project_bowtie2.yml`
