Summary

Text-only alignment with the decisions register (P-03 rev20.2 in force). These are the class A and B findings for this repository in the audit openAMRobot/.github#79. No message, service, action, schema or CONTRACT.md text changes.

Work package

openAMRobot/.github#79 (repository alignment audit, 1 Nov 2026).

Integration Gate

Decisions impact

Consumer of CHARGING and DOCKING-NOT-CHARGING. No contract or register change.

Tests

No documentation test suite exists, so no test was added. The combined gate was run (see Evidence).

Evidence

git rev-parse origin/main # 14912e1 (audited SHA)
bash tools/verify.sh # stages up to the build passed (unit tests: Ran 15 tests, OK; colcon built 2 packages); FAIL at generated-interfaces: `ros2 interface show` cannot import rclpy (ROS Jazzy built for Python 3.12, the ros2 entry point runs Python 3.13 here): BLOCKED by the environment, not a pass
python3 ../.github/tools/check_decisions.py --decisions ../.github/decisions.yaml --maintainers ../.github/maintainers.yaml --root . --repository openamrobot-interfaces --changed-files changed.txt # 0 contradiction(s), scope 2 changed file(s)
python3 ../.github/tools/check_public_extract.py --root . --repository openamrobot-interfaces --changed-files changed.txt # 0 finding(s)

Dependencies

None.

Safety impact

None. Text only.

STATE.md

Updated: corrected #26 status and the main SHA; added an alignment row.

Not verified

  • tools/verify.sh stages after generated-interfaces were not run: generated-interface loading, compatibility, installed-consumer checks and both DDS middleware exchange tests. Their result here is BLOCKED by the environment, not PASS. CI on this PR runs the full gate.

AI disclosure

Claude Code produced the edits and this description from the audit rows in openAMRobot/.github#79, and ran the gate. The lead reviewed the diff. This PR stays a draft until the work-package owner writes adopt, adapt or reject.

…ARGING, DOCKING-NOT-CHARGING)

ros2/openamr_nav_msgs/README.md: retired "manual charging is the current
release baseline"; now docking is positioning only and the 2.0 charging path
is the TZBOT WCM-500-24 wireless charger. No message definition changed.
