Website switch from AppImage to Flatpak

On the overlayed.dev website the linux button downloads the AppImage which has several drawbacks compared to the flatpak version, for example:

• Flatpaks are sandboxed, AppImages are not
• Flatpaks can be easily updated with the rest of the system
• Flatpaks give you a .desktop file, i.e. you have Overlayed as an entry in your application launcher
• AppImages require FUSE 2, which is not installed by default on every distro, e.g. Ubuntu and Arch (they only have FUSE 3), installing FUSE 2 is a unobvious extra step
• AppImages require you to set the executable permission in order to run them, which is another unobvious step
• With this pull request the linux button opens the Overlayed page on Flathub, if you click the install button there, it will try to open the users software manager (which for example works by default on GNOME and KDE) which gives the user the option to install Overlayed with a single click. If the software manager won't open, then the user can still download the .flatpakref file right there and launch that from his file manager to get the option to install Overlayed. Overall I think that completely new users to linux have a better change to successfully install and run Overlayed this way compared to the AppImage
