Prepares the 0.29.0 stable release: the version bump and
docs/releases/0.29.0.{md,zh.md,i18n.yaml}. The code is the same as 0.29.0-alpha.1 (mainhas no commits since its tag).Staging validation of 0.29.0-alpha.1 found that a burst of output stops a Linux Container: computerd 0.3.1 throws
append after exitand exits when output arrives after the command's process exits (#373; upstream fix cloudflare/computer#260, unreleased). An Edge-side drain (an EXIT trap waiting on FIONREAD) did not hold up locally, because Node buffers part of a paused pipe where the shell cannot see it. The owner chose to ship 0.29.0 with this as a known limitation, so the notes and the README (en/zh) state it with a workaround, redirecting large output to a file, which passed 5 of 5 runs on staging.The notes' staging section lists what was checked there; MCP resources and ralph were not exercised on staging.
