The sanitized result and BOOTSTRAP navigation were protected-merged through
PR #153 at `3531c3603b25309d5ee83d7f5d65cde27f02cc4b`. All hosted checks,
including the non-blocking TDE observation, completed successfully. This closes
only public handoff delivery; it changes none of the negative C01–C20 results.

Exact local paths, runtime/instance/consumer identities, Keychain references,
plan/database/backup digests and raw receipts remain outside Git. Public
product versions, source commits, artifact digests and protected PR identities
