Update the Website repository itself, not GitHub Pages settings. Both independent
en/andja/pages now advertise CLI v0.3.1, direct public 12,827,362-byte EXE download, original EXE SHA256baee38b3..., genuine GitHub Actions Sigstore verify command, up-to-date default signed Catalog latest mode and explicit--fixedimmutable historical rollback. New dependency-free HTML/CSS accessible flowchart distinguishes authenticated Catalog feed, original ZIP SHA256 /INTEGRITY_ONLY, atomicDOWNLOAD-INFO.jsonand non-support for extension ZIP individual Sigstore/installation. Release notes appear English first, Japanese second on both CLI pages. Homepage hero callout includes 83.83% size improvement (79.34→12.83 MB), 70 ZIP command and clear CTA. Static tests and public Pages smoke assert all components, identities, EN-before-JA ordering and no stale v0.2.2. No extension Release or security gate changes. Require protected validate and postmerge public smoke.
