Under ASan,
test_funding_cancel_raceandtest_funding_v2_cancel_racenow run 5 iterations instead of 20 (#55). With so few, a race isn't guaranteed, so their "raced at least once" asserts are skipped under ASan, as they already are under valgrind for the same reason. The asserts still run in every other configuration.Under the ASan build, each test passed 3 of 3 runs; on the normal build both pass with the asserts active.
