The sc-compose DB was migrated to bd 1.3.0 (schema v66) in the fork rollout (skillrx-0jz.6), but the repo's
.beads/directory was never committed — so any fresh checkout can't route to the DB, breaking the 'same beads DB on every machine' guarantee.Verification
.beads/metadata.json→dolt_database=sc-compose,project_id=c1942a32-4ccd-4fa2-b363-92244fd64c48(matches the DB's_project_id).beads/.gitignoretracks only config + hooks (runtime files excluded)Mirrors the sc-observability PR #215 pattern.
