Ensure example jobs use the rhoai-3.3 dependency constraints, including transformers<5, instead of resolving incompatible current releases. Backport of mlflow#20396. TensorFlow 2.21 no longer supplies TensorBoard implicitly, so Keras example autologging fails with TBNotInstalledError when the full examples suite runs. Backport of mlflow#21879. Convert pandas Series and DataFrame inputs to lists before calling encode, which rejects pandas containers in sentence-transformers 5.4 and later. Backport of mlflow#23108.
