fix(instrumentation-py): repair Elasticsearch, Google ADK, and Google GenAI OTel 2.x spans

Summary

• add the missing Elasticsearch async test dependencies and validate the committed deterministic sync/async example suite
• preserve Google ADK agent prompt/session context and a nonduplicated, identity-linked tool-call history
• preserve Google GenAI provider status, streaming, positional requests, canonical tool attributes, and modern usage semantics
• add one patch release intent for all three instrumentation packages

Validation

• focused tests: 29 passed (Elasticsearch 7, Google ADK 12, Google GenAI 10)

• Black formatting and Ruff fatal/error checks

• clean wheels built for all three packages

• release inventory and release-intent validation passed

• all 9 corresponding example workflows completed with marker otel2-fix-py-group-13-20260816T160620Z

• Respan MCP audit: 9 complete trees and 31 unique full records, no duplicates/orphans/blank critical content/unexpected errors; one intentional Elasticsearch 404 only

• Full source and paired-example diffs were audited against every applicable document under contribution/; canonical span fields, OTel attribute shapes, release-intent/version ownership, and package boundaries have no remaining package-owned violation.
