This PR updates only
upstream/rea(gitlink). It does not overwrite Rootcastle code, execute upstream source, or install tools. Rootcastle unit tests passed in the update workflow. Review upstream source, license, dependency changes, upstream CI and integration compatibility before merge.GitHub Actions using GITHUB_TOKEN may not automatically trigger PR CI from its own push; use the completed sync workflow and manually dispatch CI if needed.
