Potential security threats were detected in the agent output.

Review the workflow run logs for details.

Angle Chosen

This review focuses on DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash's architectural innovations in KV cache compression, particularly its Causal Encoder-Decoder (CED) architecture and Compressed Sparse Attention 2 (CSA2) mechanisms that achieve 890 bytes per token KV cache size.

Evidence Summary

Sources accessed:

Key claims verified:

  • 552B backbone parameters with 8B/16B activated parameters
  • 890 bytes per token KV cache size through CED and CSA2
  • Pricing: /bin/bash.07 input / /bin/bash.27 output per 1M tokens
  • Strong agentic performance: 90.6% Terminal-Bench 2.1, 74.2% DeepSWE v1.1 resolved
  • MIT license availability

Verification Checklist

…llowed-files

- rejected-til-topics excludes PRs closed by the gh-aw expiry job (its own
  "automatically closed because it expired" comment): #92 and #101 were never
  rejected, only unreviewed. Verified on live data: [101,92,77,...] -> [77,...].
- Slugs must match ^[a-z0-9-]+$: proxy.js negotiates markdown only for
  /blog/[\w-]+, so #101's dotted slug would have lost its markdown twin. The
  fact-check pre-step fails any non-kebab post file deterministically; the
  writer prompts state the rule.
- allowed-files content/blog/** -> content/blog/*.mdx (gh-aw's matcher is
  */** only, no character classes; this blocks subdirectories and non-MDX).

* ci(til): auto-merge TIL posts behind a required fact-check gate

TIL PRs passed CI and then expired unreviewed (#92, #101), and the
one-pending-post gate turned a week of scout runs into noops. Publish
autonomously, using only vendor-native gh-aw controls:

- create-pull-request auto-merge: squash, expires 2d (daily-til, til-writer)
- threat-detection continue-on-error: false; the default let a flagged
  detection (#92, prompt_injection=true) still open the PR
- til-fact-check: new gh-aw workflow (governance pattern) that verifies
  every claim against its primary source and posts a `fact-check` check run
- skip-if-match: blocked scout runs no longer spend model calls
- arxiv.org allowlisted; til-writer can now reach its research sources
- stale "human merge" prompt text removed

* ci(til): prefetch cited sources for fact-check; recheck on label; pin verdict to analyzed SHA

Run 36388743650 hit invocation_cap_exceeded (250/250) re-running curl|grep on
one README. DeterministicOps: steps: downloads every cited URL (plus HF raw
README/config.json) once. Review fixes: add labeled trigger; drop target so
the check attaches to the triggering event's head SHA.

* ci(til): keep expired topics eligible; enforce kebab slugs; tighten allowed-files

- rejected-til-topics excludes PRs closed by the gh-aw expiry job (its own
  "automatically closed because it expired" comment): #92 and #101 were never
  rejected, only unreviewed. Verified on live data: [101,92,77,...] -> [77,...].

  writer prompts state the rule.

  */** only, no character classes; this blocks subdirectories and non-MDX).

* ci(til): vendor fuzzy schedule (every 12h); compile now has 0 warnings

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* ci(til): open TIL PRs with the PAT so auto-merge triggers push workflows

GitHub docs: events triggered by GITHUB_TOKEN do not create workflow runs, so
bot-enabled auto-merges left main without push CI/CodeQL/Scorecard (none from
09-12 until #107, a human merge). The owner chose the existing PAT
(GH_AW_CI_TRIGGER_TOKEN), scoped to create-pull-request only.

* ci(til): fact-check on nemotron-3-ultra (measured 4/8 vs 1/8 recall)
