Qualify the clone and build instructions for licensees
For readers without a separately signed agreement, this new license prohibits copying and using the software, while the README Quick Start still unconditionally directs them to git clone the repository and build/run it. That makes the public setup instructions conflict with the operative license; qualify those commands as applying only to authorized licensees or grant the intended evaluation/development permission.

Complete the proprietary privacy-notice revision
After changing the notice to cover Zero State’s proprietary product, the same document still calls this an “open-source repository” in its Contact section and retains version 1.0, date/Last updated 2026-07-20. This gives readers contradictory licensing status and violates the document’s own instruction that material changes bump its version/date; update the contact wording and revision metadata together.

Version the revised Terms of Use
This replaces the open-source license terms with materially different proprietary ownership and usage restrictions, but the document still identifies itself as version 1.0 and “Last updated: 2026-07-20.” Unlike NOTICES.md, which this patch correctly bumps to 2.0/2026-07-29, consumers cannot identify when these new Terms became effective; update the Terms version, date, and Last updated field.
