Freeze-lane docs only on current main code lineage (7df3a16 — Ember Fox #246 + real-walk pressure #248).

1. Re-baseline live coordination docs so they no longer pin d7954ac / artist-blend as the active runtime.
2. Laptop baseline receipt with full automated validation on the freeze branch.
3. Prabu device mesh photo as visual gold standard for authored Ember Fox (not procedural spheres).
4. Freeze-then-build gate: redesign / Phase 0 / AR session PRs stay parked until this merges and device honesty continues.

Reviewed the diff since my prior (dismissed) approval — it's exactly the addressed feedback: tip SHA precision in ACTIVE_WORK/operator instructions, evidence_class naming fixed (OBSERVED, not the ambiguous OBSERVED_INDOOR_DEVICE), and the indoor smoke template retargeted from generic hybrid checks to the actual Ember Fox checklist (I1–I14). No Swift/product code touched, non-goals from the PR body still hold. Good to merge.
