Result
Provide the bilingual domain-philosophy site, README and human documentation with rationale and maintenance physically separated. Preserve existing Lean evidence and four reader editions, including six explicitly required public audit logs. SoftwareEngineering philosophy is 0.2.1 for path maintenance; its considered Core checkpoint remains 0.1.2. Product version is separately 1.0.0-rc.1.
Add fixed Core/theme and release-tool references plus controlled CI, Pages, real star sampling and npm workflows. The non-Lean package includes the domain wrapper and complete required shared dependencies; installation does not select or adopt a domain implicitly.
Validation
Repository CI passes, including actual Lean, declaration and reader checks. Public Git-tree reconstruction verifies the full required source/evidence closure. Historical replay and source/translation migration received independent review. Bilingual site/navigation checks pass, as do the outer three-platform installer matrix and clean-checkout package/lifecycle tests.
Review boundary
The owner decides this PR's merge. No RC or stable product is published. Full six-tool actual evidence, npm scope/credentials, channel strategy, audit credentials and environment administrator-bypass closure remain release prerequisites. The source pins an already-public Core revision from OrganonCore #1.
