A quieter mode for business sites, where the animation is turned down rather than off.
A clinic on a mid range Android does not need a 90 frame scrub. Fewer frames, shorter tracks, and the pinned sections kept under one screen the way the landing hero now is.
Done when: a site exported in quiet mode scores 99 or better on Lighthouse performance and still reads as a ScrollCraft site, with the numbers in the PR.
Measured before building it, and the case does not hold.
A normal export of weft, on Lighthouse's mobile profile (4x CPU, slow 4G): performance 99, accessibility 100, SEO 100, with 0ms of blocking time and no layout shift. Interactive at 1.6s.
Scrolling the whole page on a 390x844 viewport at 6x CPU throttling: 60.2 fps over 5.1 seconds, and zero long tasks. At 4x: 60.7 fps. The 90 frame scrub this issue worries about is drawn from a recipe rather than loaded as files, so there is nothing to download and the per-frame cost is small enough that a throttled phone keeps up.
So a quiet mode would add a flag, a toggle, an export path and a set of tests to fix something that is not happening. Closing it.
What is left of the concern is real but belongs elsewhere: a weft export is 12,136px tall, and somebody looking for a clinic's opening hours should not scroll twelve thousand pixels to find them. That is how a business template is authored, not an engine mode, so it goes to #414 as a constraint on those three sites rather than a feature here.

Measured instead of built: see the numbers above.
